Oak Usage: Two months of French Oak barrel fermentation. Aged 9 months in 16% new, 22% in 1 year old, 55% in 2 year old and 7% in neutral French Oak barrels.
Winemaking Methods: Handpicked grapes, combination of barrel and stainless steel fermentation, less stirring, oak aged to develop tannin structure and mouth feel.
